Emergency Response Exercise is an activity which is regularly held by Angkasa Pura Airports, as a commitment to provide the best service for its stakeholders. With PKD through this exercise, it is expected that personnel in the field are always alert and able to coordinate quickly in case of an emergency, such as a threat of a terrorist bomb or building fire or a plane crash which could occur at any time.

Exercise PKD in Surabaya Juanda Airport, is the fourth time and will be held at the same thing I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Bali in November next as the last ODD exercise in the period 2014. The concept of a scenario that will be carried out will be more dramatic and larger, considering more than 50 percent of passengers at the airport is a foreign tourist with aircraft operating capacity wide body types such as the Airbus 330 and Boeing 777.
